The following terms constitute an agreement between officell.ge (hereinafter "Store") and the buyer (hereinafter "Buyer") regarding the purchase of goods and services through the Store's website, officell.ge.

 

1. Introduction

 

By making a purchase, the Buyer agrees to the terms of this Agreement, which governs all goods, services, and information provided through the website. This Agreement forms a contract between the Store and the Buyer and supersedes any prior agreements related to goods, services, and information from the website. The Buyer must review and accept these terms before purchasing any goods or services.

 

2. Payment Information

 

The Buyer confirms that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Payment for goods and services is accepted via credit card, bank transfer (based on the invoice provided by the Store), or cash payment. The Buyer is responsible for paying the total cost of goods, services, and delivery, including applicable taxes, as shown at checkout. The Buyer is also responsible for all payments made under their account credentials and agrees to keep their password confidential. The Store must be notified within 24 hours of any unauthorized use of the Buyer's account or any breach of this Agreement. The Store does not protect against unauthorized use of passwords.

 

For bank transfers, if the payment is not received in the Store’s account within 3 (three) working days, the Store reserves the right to cancel the order.

 

3. Copyright

 

All content on the website is the property of the Store and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, digital conversion, redistribution, or publication of any part or all of the site’s content is prohibited.

 

4. Editing, Deletion, and Modification

 

The Store reserves the right to modify or delete any information, prices, terms of purchase and delivery, or terms of service on the website without prior notice. The updated terms will take effect upon posting and will apply to all transactions made after the posting date.

 

5. Order Processing and Fulfillment

 

The minimum order value (excluding delivery costs) is 20 GEL. The Store reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet the minimum order value.

 

While the Store strives to deliver all selected and paid-for items, it cannot guarantee full delivery. The Store reserves the right to contact the Buyer and offer similar products or services as a replacement for unavailable items. If no agreement is reached regarding replacement products, the Store will issue a full refund for the undelivered items.

 

6. Product Return Policy

 

The Buyer has the right to reject any products that do not match the description on the site or the order placed. Product conformity is checked at the time of delivery, after which delivered products are not eligible for return or exchange. If the delivered products do not match the order, the Buyer may refuse them, and the Store is obligated to provide a replacement or alternative product promptly. If no agreement on replacement is reached, the Store will refund the price of the product within 3 (three) working days.

 

7. Information Exchange

 

Upon request, the Store will provide additional information regarding purchased products, including usage instructions, safety guidelines, storage conditions, and other relevant details. The Store reserves the right to communicate with the Buyer through the contact details provided during registration.

 

8. Right to Cancel

 

The Store reserves the right to cancel or discontinue the sale of any goods or services at its discretion. Additionally, the Store may regulate access to certain products and services, as well as adjust their prices.
