How to Order Gifts

Gift Collection
Customers of Officell, our online office supplies store, can redeem gifts from the Officell’s Gift Collection using their accrued gift points. Points are awarded with every order placed from July 13, 2020, onwards. You will receive an email with your updated points balance after each order is delivered. You can also view your points on the homepage and in your personal account.
How to Order a Gift
To redeem a gift, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Officell account.
- Go to the Gift Collection category, select your desired gift(s), and add them to your cart. Please note: Gift orders must be placed separately from regular product orders.
- On the checkout page, in the comment field, include your personal number and any special instructions (e.g., an alternative delivery address or preferred delivery date). For hotel services, please specify your desired accommodation dates.
- Once your order is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email at the address associated with your account.
- If necessary, a representative may contact you to confirm order details.
- Your gift will be delivered to the address on your account or the address specified in the comments, within the delivery timeframe for that specific gift. If you’ve ordered hotel services, reservation details will be sent to you via email.
- Gift orders will not appear in your regular order history on your profile page.
Additional Terms
- Gift redemption is guaranteed based on your available points. If your chosen gift is unavailable, we will offer you an alternative option.
- Points cannot be transferred to or combined with another account.
- Gifts may be returned only if the item is defective or damaged, in which case it will be replaced. Returns are not available for hotel services.
- You will receive email updates about your points after each order. You can also view your points in your personal account or contact our hotline at (032) 247 00 40. The hotline is open daily, excluding weekends, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
