Return Policy

You have the right to refuse the product if it does not match the description on the website or your order. The conformity of the products should be verified at the time of delivery, in the presence of a representative from the Store or the postal service.

If there is a discrepancy between the ordered and delivered products, you may refuse to accept the items. In such cases, we will provide a replacement product or an acceptable alternative as soon as possible. If we are unable to do so, you will receive a full refund for the product within 3 (three) business days.
