Our goal is to make your online shopping experience as seamless as possible and ensure swift delivery of your order.
Same-Day Delivery in Tbilisi
- Orders placed before 13:00 will be delivered by the end of the same working day.
- Orders placed after 13:00 will be delivered the following working day.
- Orders placed after 13:00 on Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, will be delivered on Monday.
For cash payments and card payments, the order time is considered the time of order placement in the online store. For bank transfers, the order time is considered the moment the payment is received in our account or when a transfer receipt is provided by the customer (unless
other arrangements are made).
Please note, some products may not qualify for same-day delivery. Be sure to check the “Delivery Time” on the Product Page. These delivery terms do not apply to products with a delivery time longer than one working day.
- Delivery in Tbilisi is free for orders over 100 GEL.
- For orders under 100 GEL, the delivery fee is 8 GEL.
Your order will be delivered to the address provided during registration, with deliveries occurring on working days between 10:00 and 18:00.
Delivery to the Surroundings of Tbilisi
The surroundings of Tbilisi include areas within a 15 km radius, such as Tskneti, Okrokana, Kiketi, and others. Delivery to these areas is carried out by the next working day, before 18:00. The delivery fee for these areas is 20 GEL, regardless of the order size.
Delivery to Other Regions
Delivery fees to other regions will be calculated based on the weight and volume of your order. The cost and delivery terms will be confirmed with you, and an additional invoice will be issued for the transportation cost, if agreed upon.
