Metal Structure:
The metal leg is made from a metal tube profile produced from DKP sheet with a diameter of Q32 mm and a wall thickness of 1.5 mm.
The metal plate that connects the seats is made from a 60x40 mm metal profile with a 2 mm wall thickness, shaped in special molds.
The seats are attached to the leg using 170x170x5 mm metal plates.
At the points where the legs touch the floor, M8 bolts with durable plastic components are used.
This system allows adjusting the desired angle.
All metal parts are coated with a 90-micron textured electrostatic powder paint.
Seat:
The seat is a monoblock structure made from polyurethane foam with a density of 55 kg/m³, molded in special forms and covered with fabric.
Available fabric color options can be seen in the product photos.
The internal metal frame of the polyurethane body includes 5 mm and 10 mm shafts, as well as metal strips in 20x5 mm and 20x3 mm dimensions.
Desk:
The desk surface is made from raw MDF measuring 400x250 mm with an 18 mm thickness, finished with lacquer.
